Nothing is lost on purpose, it's just nowhere in particular. Family Health Vault gives every report, for every person in the family, exactly one home.

Drop in a lab PDF — from a lab portal, a hospital, or a phone scan. The original file is kept exactly as received, forever, even after it's been read.

Every test name, value, unit, and reference range is pulled out automatically — abnormal results are flagged the moment a report lands.

This is a record-keeper, not a doctor. It won't diagnose anything or suggest treatment — it exists purely so nothing gets lost, and your own family's history is easy to search.

Every extracted value can be corrected by hand if something's read wrong, and the original report is never overwritten or deleted.
